Definitions
- “Company”

- “Carrier”
- Licensed transport company contracted to move the vehicle.
- “Customer”
- Individual or entity requesting vehicle shipping.
- “Vehicle”
- The automobile identified on the signed order and Bill of Lading.

Scope of Service
BP Auto Sales Inc arranges enclosed vehicle transportation through licensed and insured carriers. The Company is not the carrier of record and acts solely as an arranging broker.

Scheduling
Pickup and delivery dates are estimates. Delays due to weather, traffic, shop schedules, mechanical issues, or regulatory factors are considered normal transport risk.

Insurance
Vehicles are insured by the Carrier while in transit up to the declared value shown on the Carrier’s documentation. Coverage excludes pre-existing damage and personal items.

Vehicle Condition
The Customer must disclose any inoperable condition, lowered suspension, oversized tires, or clearance concerns before pickup.

Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due directly to the Carrier at delivery by certified funds, wire transfer, or other accepted method indicated on the confirmation.

Cancellations
Orders cancelled before driver assignment are fully refundable. Once a Carrier has been dispatched, up to 20% of the total transport cost may be retained to cover dispatch expenses.

Liability
BP Auto Sales Inc acts strictly as a broker and assumes no liability for loss, delay, or damage during transport beyond the Carrier’s insurance terms.

Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota. Venue shall be Williams County, North Dakota, unless otherwise required by law.
